Insurance Information
We are not currently under contract with any dental insurance plans. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. As a courtesy to our patients with dental benefit plans, we do transmit claims electronically. We can submit all necessary claim forms, narratives, x-rays, and other information to your insurance company for your reimbursement. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your insurance. It is important that all information about you and your insurance is current.
Medicare does not cover periodontal services.
Emergency/Single-Visit Payments
For single-visit procedures, our policy requires payment in full at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payments (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover).
